A major milestone for the SAKO Brno WtE facility (CZ)

The launch of a new K1 line with a capacity of 160’000 ton/year and 46 MW, integrated into the existing facility, already equipped with two lines supplied by MARTIN and LAB in the 2000s.

Following the ZEVO Melnik project, we are proud to have been selected once again by the EPC contractor Metrostav DIZ a.s. for the delivery of the high efficient Flue Gas Treatment of the new line, combining a dry VapoLAB® system and a condensation unit including heat pumps.

MARTIN GmbH will deliver the combustion system and boiler and the commissioning is scheduled for summer 2028.
