Personal data may be collected during your interactions and professional exchanges with LAB, during our online presence, as well as on the website www.lab.fr through:

Purposes of processing:
The personal data collected is used depending on your interactions and exchanges with LAB staff, and on your online activity on www.lab.fr
• To respond to your contact request, process your inquiry, and, if necessary, ensure commercial follow-up and customer service;
• To carry out commercial prospecting;
• To assess your application and possible recruitment;
• To monitor and improve your visit and navigation on the LAB website, as well as other online presence.

Data collected and processed:
In accordance with the principle of minimization of processing, we only collect and process the data that is necessary:
• Via the electronic contact form, LAB will collect and process your contact details ( surname, first name, telephone number and email address);
• Via a spontaneous application, LAB will collect and process the personal data you provide with your application;
• Your contact details collected by other means in our professional relationships ( e.g. Email exchanges);
• During your visit to our premises (first and last name)
• Professional qualifications if there is a need to identify them (e.g., during your visit to our premises or a construction site).
• In the event of a site visit, we can also collect and process copies of your identity cards and/or professional accreditations.
• General information required in connection with invoicing and final payment;

Legal bases for processing:
Depending on each processing activity, the identified legal basis is:
- Consent (particularly while you are connected via the form or when you submit your application).
- Contract execution.
- Legitimate interest
LAB may also process your personal data to comply with legal obligations (e.g., visit to a construction site, obligation to keep proper accounts).
Recipients:
The personal data collected must only be made accessible to authorized people at LAB to know about it regarding their missions and functions.
The transfer of your data to third parties takes place only within the scope of legal requirements. We only pass on your data to third parties if this is necessary. For example, disclosure may be required for billing purposes or when it is necessary to comply with a contractual obligation.
If we use processors, we will take appropriate legal precautions as well as appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data in accordance with applicable law.
To ensure the continuity of the protection of personal data, their transfer outside the European Union is subject to specific rules (Article 44 and following. of the GDPR) and if there is an adequate level of data protection in the country in question, i.e., when other legal conditions apply.
Data retention period:
The data recorder will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose, and provided that its deletion does not conflict with any legal retention obligations.

• Or for a maximum of 2 years from your last interaction with LAB;
• For 13 months maximum for cookies.

In accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and in France, French Data Protection Act and in Germany, Federal German law BDSG, you have the following rights:
• Right of access to your data and information (Art.15 GDPR): You can ask whether we are processing your personal data. If this is the case, you have the right to be informed about this personal data as well as other information relating to the processing. Please note that in some cases, this right to information may be limited or excluded
• Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): If the personal data concerning you are no longer accurate or incomplete, you may request that it be rectified and, if necessary, supplemented; • Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) (Art. 17 and 18 GDPR) which applies that if the legal conditions are met, you can demand the deletion of your personal data, this right may be limited or excluded in accordance with the legal rules (if necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority);
• Right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR) for reasons relating to your particular situation, you can also object to the processing of personal data at any time, if the legal conditions are met, we will no longer process your personal data in the future;
• Right to withdraw your consent at any time for the future , revocation only applies in the future, this means that revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent.
