LAB’s First Carbon Capture and Liquefaction Project: A Major Step Forward! A historic moment for LAB

We are proud to announce the signature of our first turnkey Carbon Capture and Liquefaction (CCL) contract.

This project, supported by PAPREC ENERGIES and PAPREC GROUP, will be executed with our technological partner Brusche Process Technology, using a robust and proven absorption/desorption process.
It represents a significant milestone in decarbonizing of Waste-to-Energy emissions in France, setting the stage for a cleaner future. 🌱

🔎 But what is CCL?
Carbon Capture 🎯 – Extracting CO₂ from flue gases before it reaches the atmosphere.
Liquefaction 💧 – Purification, Compression and Liquefaction of the captured CO₂ ready to be transported and used.

💡 Why capture CO₂ from industry?
To reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to contribute to climate change at our level.

🔬 Use of CO₂
For Pontivy project, the CO₂ recovered from flue gas will be purified, compressed and liquefied and then locally used for greenhouses.
